Kigali and provinces
Kigali delivery is 1,000 Frw per order. The expected delivery is same day or next day after stock, address and payment arrangements are confirmed. Provincial deliveries are normally 1–3 working days after confirmation; GENE quotes the delivery charge before payment or dispatch. Availability, destination and sourcing may affect timing, which we confirm with you.
Your delivery address
Provide City, District, Sector, Cell and Village, plus Street and House number where available. You can add a Google Maps share link and a nearby landmark. Include a reachable phone number. Check these details before placing the order.
MTN and bank payment

GENE verifies receipt manually before marking an electronic payment paid.
Cash on delivery and services
For product orders, choose Cash on delivery at checkout. GENE contacts you to confirm stock, the delivery arrangements and total before dispatch. Pay the confirmed total when the products arrive. Service-only orders do not use cash-on-delivery checkout; agree payment and appointment arrangements with GENE.
