Privacy notice
GENE WORK GROUP LTD · Updated 15 October 2026
Information used to fulfil your order
We collect the name, telephone number, delivery address and optional Google Maps link you provide, your cart, order history and payment reference. When you sign in with ChatGPT, we also receive the account identifier, email and any name made available by that sign-in service. We do not ask for your mobile-money PIN, bank password or full payment-card details.
Why we use it and who receives it
We use this information to save your cart, confirm and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, verify payment and answer support requests. Relevant delivery information is shared with staff or delivery partners handling your order. Approved sellers receive the information needed to fulfil their assigned items. Hosting and sign-in providers process information needed to operate the website. We do not sell customer personal information.
Guest shopping, account linking and cookies
Guest shopping uses a secure browser cookie that normally lasts up to 30 days. Anyone with access to that browser may be able to see guest orders, so use your own device. To keep guest orders with an account, sign in on the same browser and choose Link guest orders to my account. After linking, use the same account on another device. Clearing cookies before linking may remove your browser access; keep your order reference for support. Session and security cookies are also used by our hosting and sign-in providers.
Maps, retention and your requests
A Google Maps location link is optional. It is saved with the order for delivery; opening it takes you to Google Maps, whose own policies apply. We retain order and payment records for fulfilment, support and applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact gwbg06@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records that are still needed for an active order or required by law.
