Product information and order confirmation
Prices are in Rwandan francs (RWF). Read the description, brand, model and size before ordering. Example listings are labelled Sample. Submitting an order creates a reservation, subject to stock, specification and delivery confirmation by GENE. We contact you if a product or service needs clarification or is unavailable; we do not substitute a different item without your agreement.
Reservations and cancellation
New unconfirmed orders reserve stock for up to 24 hours. The deadline is displayed on your order. If no payment reference or confirmation is received before the deadline, the reservation is cancelled and stock is released. Cash orders must be confirmed by GENE within that period; confirmed cash orders remain active for delivery. Payment references already submitted await review rather than automatic cancellation. You can cancel eligible pending orders from My orders. Contact GENE about confirmed or paid orders. If you paid after a reservation expired, contact us with your order and payment references before placing another order.
Payment and delivery
Use the payment details displayed in your order and check the recipient name before confirming. Electronic payments are verified manually. Never disclose your PIN or password to GENE. Cash on delivery means paying the confirmed total when products arrive; it is available for product orders after GENE confirmation. Provincial delivery charges and international sourcing arrangements are confirmed before payment or dispatch.
Customer responsibilities and services
Provide a reachable phone number and accurate delivery details. Inspect the delivered items and report a mismatch or damage promptly. For services, the scope, appointment, deliverables, price and any separate third-party fees must be agreed before work starts. Visa or other third-party decisions are made by the responsible authority; purchasing assistance does not guarantee approval.
